I love how they pick you up at your car and drop you back at your car. It was so easy! You don’t have to wait in the cold for a shuttle bus to come along. And the price was actually cheaper and it was a covered parking spot! Will only use them from now on!

The parking spot is more convenient and prices are more reasonable than using the airport parking. The customer service is outstanding and you don’t have to wait long to get to car. They drive you straight to your car and offer water as a convenience when leaving. I just love them. I will utilize there services again.

Good rates. Now has covered parking which could be nice in the winter. Always prompt pick up at the car. Quick at getting to airport. Plenty of shuttles. Never have to wait to long when returning. Especially when using the app.

The cost was very reasonable and there were no extra charges thrown in as a surprise, as happens at some parking places. Most significant positive experience was your staff. From Kelsey (or Chelsey) who handled my questions during the reservation process, to the guy at checkin who was very helpful, even when I could not remember Kelsey's name, to the van drivers, to the guy who came to assist us at check out - everyone was so very helpful and very nice. What a breath of fresh air to see there is a company who gets customer service. I will definitely use The Parking Spot again and I have already recommended you to others. Thank you!!

I would highly recommend them. Very convenient and easy to use. They get you to the airport quickly and pick you up immediately upon arrival. The parking lot is safe, secure, and well lit. After a recent trip to Florida I found my car had a flat. They did not just leave me there to fend for myself. They got an air pump and helped me fill my tire so i could get to a service station for a repair. Gave me directions to the closest repair shop. Amazing staff!!!!!! I will continue to use them for every trip!

We love to leave our car at The Parking Spot. It is fenced in and more secure than other parking areas. The shuttles come often, are easy to spot, and the employees are extremely helpful with your bags. They pick you up and drop you right at your car. What could be better?

I totally enjoy this service! The service is quick (almost too quick)! When I park they show up within seconds to get you over to the airport. The drivers have always been courteous and helpful with my luggage. Checkout is quick and I always enjoy my free bottle of water on my way home! Great service!!!

I like to know I have a spot guaranteed when traveling during the holiday season. Many times there is coupons for ~50$/ week on the website. I have been burned by not having a reservation before, there is nothing worse.

My vacation starts out easy! I drive to an easy and secure location, park, get picked up, then taken to the terminal. All my luggage is handled by the driver. Upon my return, I get picked up at the terminal shortly after making a call. I'm dropped off at my vehicle, and all my luggage is handled by the driver. The rates are reasonable and I'm greeted by friendly reps.

Outstanding service! Very easy to use- I just reserve my spot online and even add on the car wash service which exceeds my expectations each time. I land down. I ride the bus. I drive my car. with a fresh bottle of water. Seriously, what more could an exhausted traveler ask for?

The woman who is usually at the booth when I arrive is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Bus drivers are prompt and personable, and help with my bags willfully. I have used the parking spot countless times and have never been disappointed.

We had a very short wait to be picked up to go to the terminal, and no wait at all on the return trip. Loved the easy-to- spot spotted shuttle buses! Since the long term airport lots were filled the day we arrived to park, it was very nice to have our spot reserved ahead of time. And we saved a little bit of money by prepaying, making this the most reasonably-priced of the off-airport parking lots.

It’s so much better than the long term lots. The location is close to the terminal, and the shuttles are virtually constantly running, so it’s way faster getting there. And the crazy part is they’re cheaper than long term lots! Especially with the coupons you can find in every mailer or online. I’ll always use this lot from now on. I like how they give you a card with your space number so you don’t forget, and you’re dropped off right at your car which is great when the weather is bad. Also, the shuttle picks you up right at your car too. So this is just all around a better way to go. And last-but-not-least, they provide free bottles of water as you depart! Great company.

The drivers are always professional and courteous. They always help me with my bags. It is safe. You get to the airport every quickly. There is never a wait. My car was covered in ice from a storm one day and the driver was so sweet and cleaned off my windshield.

This was my first time using the parking spot and from now on, I will not be using anything other than this. It was FANTASTIC. Super convenient and very welcoming. The water bottles checking out was an added bonus that really set this over the top! It was much needed on a very hot day after a longgggg travel day. Love the parking spot!

Melinda, Phyllis & Nancy who work at The Parking Spot in Linthicum MD are phenomenal! They are excellent at customer service! The Parking Spot is a convenient solution to leaving one's vehicle at the airport. The shuttles to and from the airport are speedy too. Providing bottled water at no extra charge is very nice too. Also, it is NOT necessary to make a reservation which is good because sometimes you just don't need one more thing to do especially when preparing to go away. I would have given a 5-star rating if coupons were much easier to find for The Parking Spot.
