Today's video game voice compare is that of the lead-heroine of Heavenly Sword, Nariko, who was portrayed by both Anna Torv and Jennifer Hale.

Anna Torv - Back in 2007, Heavenly Sword was being praised for it's wonderful animation, acting, and overall quality. Torv brings exceptional talent with her vocal and motion capture work for Nariko. Her voice completely fits the character, and made for a very nice experience throughout the game.
Jennifer Hale - While I wasn't a big fan of the fact that Torv was being replaced in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, I do owe Jennifer Hale a lot more credit than I gave her for her performance as Nariko. She sounds a good deal like Torv, and is certainly not a poor replacement. This is a job well done.
While Hale did a great job, and made a vocal transition seamless to some, this role truly belongs to Anna Torv for her owning the character.

“Heavenly Sword” a hack and slash action video game released by talented developer Ninja Theory and popular publisher Sony Computer Entertainment Europe in 2007 for players with the PlayStation 3 interface. The game is known as a revenge story of the main character Nariko, a heroic red-haired girl. In response to the mockery from the family of old-fashioned men and women, Nariko stood up to King Bohan, an evil villain. With the guillotine play style like art games, Heavenly Sword gives players the melee battle extremely beautiful. In the game, players will be able to use a heavy weapon called “Heavenly Sword” along with Nariko character in the battle for survival. Made with two blades, the player can use the sword to attack quickly at long range or close-range attacks. In addition to the main character, the player can control another character, Kai, who is always with Nariko. Kai has extremely superior sniping skills to kill enemies and the most outstanding skill to help players escape from the enemy is the skill of stunning the enemy.
